Vincent Velazco is a UK-based professional drummer with extensive live and studio experience. His hard work, dedication, and commitment to his craft have taken him on tours across the UK, Europe, the USA, South America, and Japan. Over the years, he has collaborated and recorded with Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind), Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Pendragon, The 69 Eyes, Steven Rothery (Marillion), Raymond Watts (PIG/KMFDM), Ben Christo (The Sisters of Mercy, Diamond Black), Esprit D’Air, Chris Dale (Bruce Dickinson), and many more. He has been featured in DRUM Magazine (UK), Drum Club Magazine (Italy), and Batterie Magazine (France).
With Pendragon, Vincent became part of a legacy of melodic and progressive rock, recording four albums, a live DVD, and a live album. He’s shared festival stages with Dream Theater, Scorpions, Marillion, and Steve Hackett of Genesis. Their 2020 release Love Over Fear reached #4 in Prog Magazine’s Best Album category, spent three months in the Top 10 of the Official Progressive Charts, and became an Amazon Best Seller — a testament to the band’s timeless appeal.
Beyond the progressive world, his versatility has seen him take on the industrial edge of PIG, joining them for UK headline shows, a 35-day U.S. tour, and a support run with Killing Joke. In 2019, they hit the road again with U.S. industrial act 3Teeth, further cementing Vincent’s adaptability across genres.
In 2021, he collaborated with world-renowned guitar virtuoso Gus G, best known as the guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne. Together, they recorded the album Quantum Leap, which reached #7 on Greece’s Official Album Charts, #4 on the U.S. iTunes Charts, and #26 on the U.S. Hard Music Charts, earning #2 in Guitar World’s “Best Guitar Albums of 2021”.
Whether on stage or in the studio, Vincent brings intensity, creativity, and absolute professionalism to every performance.
